Police stormed Vincent Pizzoli, 26, of Oriole Street in Pearl River and Nicholas Easterday, 26, of 1 Spencer Court in Brooklyn on charges of breach of petty larceny and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.
Police saw two men running from the scene of the birth at 4: 45 am in the middle of the road and main road, Reynolds said. Witnesses told officers that they have taken something from the manger, Reynolds said.
Clerk saw one of those drop objects as he approached them, Reynolds said.
Officers said they were surveillance cameras have noted areas, leading to a statement implicating them in the theft, Reynolds said. Both men were drinking and police believe acohol is a factor in the incident, Reynolds motiviating.
